Sergeant Sprinkles

Sergeant Sprinkles is the town’s lazy sheriff. He tends to enjoy his time sleeping instead of thwarting crime. He makes no sense most of the time, but his sprinkles of wisdom inspire the town’s residents to be better and follow the laws, and as such, crime never occurs.
